What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 09:30–18:30, Saturday 09:30–13:30; closed on Sundays and public holidays. To reduce waiting, we recommend booking by phone or WhatsApp before your visit.

Do you take new patients and children?
Yes — we welcome new patients, families and children, from routine check-ups and cleaning through to a full range of treatments, always explained before we proceed.
What languages do your dentists speak?
Our dental team speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin, among other languages, to serve the local and international community in Discovery Bay.
Can I be seen for a dental emergency such as toothache or a broken tooth?
Yes. For toothache, a knocked-out or broken tooth, or swelling, please call the clinic first so we can arrange to see you. See Emergency Dental Service.
My gums are red, swollen or bleeding — what should I do?
Red, swollen gums or bleeding when brushing are usually early signs of gum inflammation (gingivitis), often linked to plaque and tartar. Early scaling by a registered dental hygienist and good home cleaning usually help; persistent swelling should be checked. See Understanding Gum Inflammation.
Is root canal treatment painful? Do you offer microscope root canal?
Modern root canal treatment is done under local anaesthetic and is generally well tolerated. Our North Plaza clinic offers microscope-assisted root canal treatment, using a surgical microscope to help treat the root canals more clearly. See Root Canal Treatment.
Getting Here — How to Reach Our Clinics
Discovery Bay is one of the few car-free communities in Hong Kong: visitors arrive mainly by ferry or bus, as private cars cannot enter. You can park at Tung Chung or Sunny Bay MTR and transfer to a bus.
🚢 Ferry — Central Pier 3 ↔ Discovery Bay Pier, about 25 minutes, every 20–30 minutes, with a 24-hour service. The pier (Plaza Lane) is right beside our Main Plaza clinic.
🚌 Buses to MTR stations — Tung Chung Station: DB01R (to DB Plaza Terminus), DB01A (to DB North); Sunny Bay Station: DB03R (to DB Plaza Terminus), DB03P (to DB North); Airport: DB02R / DB02A; Overnight: DB08R (Central ↔ Discovery Bay).
🚐 Internal shuttles — Several in-town routes connect the residential areas to the DB Plaza Terminus and DB North Plaza.
🚕 Taxi — Lantau (blue) taxis can go as far as DB North Plaza; taxis cannot travel further into Discovery Bay.
🚗 Driving — Discovery Bay is car-free and private cars cannot enter; park at Tung Chung or Sunny Bay MTR and take a bus.
How to reach each clinic
North Plaza clinic (Unit 1, G/F, Office Block 1, DB North Plaza, 92 Siena Ave): take DB01A (Tung Chung) or DB03P (Sunny Bay) direct to DB North; or ferry / internal shuttle via DB Plaza; blue taxis also reach DB North Plaza.
Main Plaza clinic (Shop 109B, 1/F, Wing B, DB Plaza): take the ferry to Discovery Bay Pier (Plaza Lane), or DB01R (Tung Chung) / DB03R (Sunny Bay) to DB Plaza Terminus, then walk to Wing B, 1/F.
